Returns & Exchanges
At Methodical Coffee, we want you to love every brew; while we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to resolve issues with equipment or apparel. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Review Policy
Ensure your item is eligible for return; coffee beans are final sale, but brewing equipment and lifestyle goods must be in original, unused packaging.
- 2.Contact Support
Send an email to our customer experience team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the reason for the exchange.
- 3.Prepare Shipment
Once authorized, securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our roasting facility.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
